After breakfast check out of the resort and visit the Kumarakom bird sanctuary. Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary is a noted bird sanctuary where many species of migratory birds visit. Later drive to Alleppey; Alleppey is known as the Venice of the East has a largest network of Canals and is a centre for backwater cruises in Kerala. A large number of tourists are attracted to this district because of its boat races. By 12 pm you can board your houseboat. Cruise around backwater villages of Alleppey.
